Join our 90-min tour, filled with riveting stories, vivid anecdotes, and a select few survivors accounts from the 1931 Hawke’s Bay Earthquake and ensuing fire. These resilient structures bear witness to a city’s unyielding spirit. Walk through the city, where you will witness Napier’s rebirth in dazzling Art Deco style, a testament to human determination and reinvention. Please meet on the front steps of the Kahukura Hawke’s Bay Museum at least 10 minutes prior to departure for a thrilling 90-min adventure through time.
