The Firepit Feast is more than a dining event. It celebrates the resilience, optimism, and community spirit that define both the regions Art Deco heritage and our own story at Shed 530 Estate. Just as Napier rebuilt after the 1931 earthquake, Shed 530 too rebuilt following the devastation of Cyclone Gabrielle. To honour this connection, guests will view a short photo and video montage showcasing the damage sustained by the estate and our journey of recovery. Gathered around our circular firepit, guests will enjoy a three-course feast featuring Hawke’s Bay produce, estate wines, and a fire-cooked main course designed for sharing.

Through storytelling, hospitality, and communal dining, The Firepit Feast offers an intimate Hawke’s Bay experience, connecting the past and present through a shared story of resilience and renewal.
