Beers, Bars & Brothels

ART DECO TRUST EVENT

In 1930s Napier, colourful characters frequented lively bars and brothels thrived in the shadows. This two-hour guided walking tour visits two iconic drinking establishments, beginning with a glass of wine or beer and finishing with another drink (included in your tour price). Along the way, your guide shares humorous anecdotes and intriguing tales of the town’s nightlife and its less respectable past. For adults only. Period dress is encouraged, with comfortable footwear for walking. The tour starts and finishes at different venues.
