Please direct all lost property to the Art Deco Trust. Lost children can also be brought to the Art Deco Trust Offices
A parents room is located in Ocean Boulevard which has private feeding spaces, a play area, changing facilities and hot water. Public toilets are nearby. Ocean Boulevard can be accessed from Dickens St or Emerson St.
Clive Square East will be closed from Tennyson street to Emerson street at 10.00am – 4.30pm on Saturday 18 July 2026. There might be additional road closures over the weekend due to planned road works, please refer to the Napier City Council Website for further details and updates.

The Art Deco Trust offer a limited amount of mobility parks in a private area off Tennyson Street for the Art Deco Festival in February. For information and to request a mobility parking pass, please email eventmanager@artdeconapier.com
Lower lawn parking on the foreshore from Friday to Sunday will not be permitted due to safety risks with the large numbers of pedestrians and cyclists using the pathway. For more information, email: eventmanager@artdeconapier.com
No alcohol is to be brought or consumed in public spaces at the Art Festival Napier and Winter Deco Weekend.
Napier CBD is littered with plenty of wonderful food outlets, restaurants and bars! During our Summer Festival in February, we also have an amazing array of food vendors that will be parked at our food truck village on the lower lawn below the Tom Parker Fountain. You will be spoilt for choice!

Door sales are available at the Art Deco Trust and are subject to availability and only at selected events.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Booking and transaction fees apply and a credit card charge will apply to all ticket purchases.

- Refunds will only be issued strictly upon a FULL cancellation of an Art Deco Festival Napier / Winter Deco Weekend programme of events.
- In the event of a cancellation, the Art Deco Trust will endeavour to reschedule selected events from within the Festival programme.
- In the event of a postponement of an event, ticket(s) purchased will be automatically transferred to the new event date. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date a refund will be made to the ticket holder.
- Upon the FULL cancellation of an event, the ticketing provider will refund all tickets to the credit card from which the ticket was purchased. Refunds will take place within two (2) weeks of the cancelled event date. Booking fees will not be refunded.
We have a ticket exchange website and Facebook page where people can list tickets to events they can no longer attend. The Art Deco Ticket Exchange acts as a forum that joins people looking to buy tickets and people who are selling their tickets.
We strongly recommend that you do not buy (or sell) any tickets that are delivered via email and are printed on standard paper on the Art Deco Ticket Exchange. This style of ticket can be easily mass printed by those wishing to deceive. Tickets printed on standard ticket stock will be a more secure item to trade on the ticket exchange. Make sure you have read and understand the rules published on the Ticket Exchange before you enter into any transactions. Please note that buying or selling tickets on the Ticket Exchange is at your own risk and the Art Deco Trust has accepts no responsibility.
